Oatmeal Raisin and Cranberry Cookies



preparation time: 15 min
baking time: 12-15 min

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp Almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup raising
- a pinch of dried cranberries for garnishing



1. Heat the oven to 350F.

2. Beat together melted butter and sugar.



3. Add eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix everything well with an electric mixer.


4. Add flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, almond extract, cinnamon sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.


5. Add oats and raisins, mix everything well.


6. With a help of a table spoon put the mixture onto the baking sheet or foil, add dry cranberries on top of each cookie, and bake for 12-15 min.
